Ahmad Saleh is Partner and Head of Innovation, Patents & Industrial Property at Al Tamimi & Company, with over 15 years of experience in intellectual property, patents, innovation, and commercial law. A Canadian attorney and engineer, he is the founder and lead of Al Tamimi’s Innovation & Patents practice, which is built on a pioneering 3IP service model that integrates legal, business, and technical consultancy throughout the innovation lifecycle.

His practice spans a wide range of high-tech sectors, including ICT, healthcare, aerospace, energy, AI, and blockchain, advising clients from individual inventors to multinational corporations. He is recognized for his strategic thinking and leadership in innovation.
