With 19 years of post-qualification experience, she is a seasoned General Counsel with a business-centric approach to managing complex legal, regulatory, forensic, and compliance mandates.

She has extensive expertise in integrating processes, culture, and compliance across group and portfolio companies. She has built and scaled high-performing global and regional legal, compliance, and tax teams for start-ups as well as Fortune 100 companies, across various sectors. Her work spans multiple regions, including India, the USA, APAC countries, China, and Germany.

Her key interest areas include privacy and technology laws, as well as Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. Sudipta is part of the Aditya Birla Group's Global Legal Leadership Team and serves as a Board Member, further showcasing her leadership and strategic insights.
