In his current role, he handles the Legal function for the region, including contracts, dispute resolution, compliance, and corporate governance. He excels in commercial strategy and business development, leveraging his strong legal competencies to add value to the organization. He has successfully managed strategic acquisitions, developed innovative governance structures, and led post-merger integration policies.

His expertise extends to conducting negotiations, executing corporate advisory, legal and regulatory compliance, risk management, and transactional functions.
