Dr. Jakob Valvoda, Partner at Boehmert & Boehmert, specializes in the protection of software and computer-implemented inventions. He has extensive expertise in patent prosecution and opposition proceedings before German and international patent offices. He frequently represents clients in appeal proceedings before the German Federal Patent Court (Bundespatentgericht) and the Boards of Appeal of the European Patent Office (EPO).
