Under her leadership, the legal department has played a crucial role in driving organizational growth and innovation. At ABFRL, she heads a team of over 30 lawyers, overseeing legal strategy, risk management, brand acquisition, policy advocacy, data privacy, intellectual property rights, e-commerce law, and POSH compliance. She works closely with leadership teams on strategic decisions, ensuring effective governance and the mitigation of legal risks, particularly in AI projects and business expansion. She is passionate about integrating technology into legal operations, having co-developed in-house tech solutions since 2011. She has launched seven legal portals housing over 5,000 legal documents, significantly reducing approval times and delivering substantial savings.
