Kaizad Adi Hazari is the Group General Counsel at The Chatterjee Group (TCG), where he specializes in business advisory, corporate M&A, structuring, and business strategy. He has extensive experience managing high-stakes litigation, commercial transactions, and regulatory matters across various industries. His expertise includes handling complex issues related to anti-trust law, patents, GDPR and data privacy, sanctions controls, statutory compliance, and investigations by regulatory agencies. Additionally, he manages intellectual property rights, corporate governance, secretarial, compliance, and corporate affairs for TCG.

He has held senior legal positions in prominent organizations, including President & Global Head of Legal, Compliance, IP & Corporate Affairs at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Joint President - Head of Legal at Hindalco Industries Ltd, and General Counsel – South Asia for GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Ltd. He has also worked with Raymond Group, Asian Paints, ICICI Ltd, and Mulla and Mulla and Craigie Blunt and Caroe, and contributed to HDFC Ltd’s Stressed Asset Fund.

His career spans multiple sectors, where he has led efforts in corporate governance, compliance, and risk management, helping organizations navigate complex legal landscapes and ensuring alignment with global regulatory standards.
