Lakshika Joshi is the Global Head of Contract Management and IPR Program at Harvard Business Publishing, she is an experienced legal professional specializing in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and licensing. With a robust background in Media, Entertainment, Sports, and Digital sectors, she has been instrumental in reshaping legal strategies and implementing innovative IP models within her organization.
She has also spent many years leading the IPR and Software Licensing practice for Capgemini Engineering across the globe. During her time at Capgemini, she played a key role in setting up a centralized global IPR program for the entire Capgemini Group, streamlining processes and ensuring effective management of intellectual property rights across regions.
Additionally, she has been a driving force behind the launch of Nucleus Software’s Cloud Services and Mobility suite offerings, as well as the company’s first-ever offline digital cash solution. She has also led the strategic acquisition of IP assets, built a 360-degree IP Licensing division, and successfully guided the company to manage and monetize its intellectual property.
