M Farrukh Irfan Khan is the Chairman and Managing Partner of United Trademark & Patent Services, a leading law firm specializing in intellectual property (IP) law, serving clients across South Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa. With over 25 years of experience, he is a seasoned practitioner in the fields of IP, franchising, licensing, technology transfer, and corporate and commercial law.

He has extensive expertise in anti-counterfeiting efforts and the enforcement of IP rights, both in courts and before Customs authorities. In 2007, he was appointed to the International Trademark Association’s International Panel of Neutrals, where he provides arbitration services for global IP disputes.
