Saloni Tuteja is the Head of Legal and Compliance for the Middle East region at Servier, a French healthcare company. A seasoned healthcare lawyer, she leads the legal and compliance functions for the company in the region. With 17 years of experience, she has previously worked as a regional legal and compliance counsel for an American pharmaceutical MNC and as Legal Director at Zimmer Biomet, where she helped establish the legal and compliance program for South Asia.

She has substantial experience in both the Middle East and APAC regions. She began her career in private practice, representing a variety of industries on matters related to commercial law, competition, anti-corruption, and dispute resolution.

She holds a master's degree from UC Berkeley, USA, and is certified in Asia Pacific Healthcare Compliance from Seton Hall University School of Law. She is currently pursuing a master's in anticorruption and diplomacy, jointly offered by the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and the International Anti-Corruption Academy. Saloni is also a published author in her field.
